The Costa del Sol is one of the most popular holiday destinations for Europeans and in particual us Brits, with thousands of us flying over to Malaga every year to enjoy what the Costa del Sol has to offer. Great climate
The Costa del Sol is regarded as having one of the worlds finest climates. Average temperatures range between 36°C in July and August and 15°C in January so whether your there for a summer holiday or a winter break you can be sure the weather will be great. The Mediterranean Sea also offers a cool breeze to give the region a pleasant climate all year around.

A unique range of resorts
The Costa del Sol is a large region made up of a great range of towns and villages that have developed into holidaypuertobanus hotspots. There are traditional Spanish towns such as Estepona and quite villages like Pueblo that are ideal for holiday makers looking to relax and escape the rush of everyday life. Cheap flights
Thanks to the introduction of low cost air travel flights to the Costa del Sol are now available for the same price as a train journey between two UK cities, and sometimes even less!
Many budget carriers including Jet2, Easyjet, BMI Baby and Ryan Air offer regular flights to Malaga Airport and if you book well in advance there are some fantastic bargains to be had.

English speakers
It is nice to visit a foreign country and really feel like your away from home and escaping everyday life, but it’s also nice to have a few home comforts and the language is certainly one thing that many Brits find most challenging when on holiday abroad. On the Costa del Sol almost everyone speaks English and there is a huge expat community in the region, so you really do get the best of both worlds, Spanish culture with English speakers!

Brilliant Nightlife
For holidaymakers looking to let their hair down and enjoy some of Europe’s finest nightlife the Costa del Sol is the perfect choice. The glamorous town of Marbella and its port of Puerto Banus have a great range of bars and nightclubs with international reputations. Most of the other Costa del Sol resorts offer a good choice of evening entertainment with varying degrees of intensity!

The Mediterranean Sea is warm and inviting and the golden sand is soft and perfect for laying back and sunbathing on. There are some developed beaches such as Torremolinos that have modern promenades with beach cafes, restaurants and tourist shops. There are also some nice quiet beaches such as La Galera that are perfect for escaping the busy resorts.

Great Restaurants
One of the most enjoyable things about being on holiday is the chance to dine out in fine restaurants every night! The Costa del Sol has some fantastic restaurants offering a wide variety of food including some of the finest fresh sea food you will ever eat. Whatever gets your taste buds going you’ll find something that suits you in the Costa del Sol.
