Owners of holiday homes on the Costa del Sol will need to be aware of new laws being introduced to owners of furnished holiday homes which may affect their ability to take advantage of the financial benefits of owning a holiday home. The change will mean that in order to take advantage of these benefits such as offsetting excess property expenses their rental home must be rented out for a minimum of 105 days per year, compared to 70 under current legislation.
As a result of this change being introduced it’s important for holiday home owners to ensure their property is rented out for as many rental days as possible. When it comes to advertising a holiday home online it’s important to find the channels that offer the best return at the lowest cost. That’s why we’ve made our advertising packages on Costadelvillas such great value with annual advertising costs for new advertisers just £49.99 per year and any additional homes can be advertised for just £39.99.
When it comes to deciding where to advertise your Costa del Sol holiday home the main factor to take into consideration is which source will give you the best coverage at the lowest cost. We believe that for Costa del Sol holiday home owners Costadelvillas offers this solution.
We have built Costadelvillas to ensure we provide maximum impact at the lowest prices for our advertisers. With year round advertising just £49.99 and thousands of holidaymakers looking for Costa del Sol holiday homes visiting the website every month it’s easy to see why we’re proving to be such a popular choice for Costa del Sol holiday home owners.
We’ve created a short new video to help guide holidaymakers through the process of making an enquiry for a Costa del Sol holiday home using costadelvillas.co.uk, the full video can be seen on our new holidaymakers help section but to save time we’ve also added it below so you can take a quick look now.
I just read this article on the Mirror website. It seems like a fairly harsh assessment of some of the players that were put out to face Brazil at the weekend. I didn’t see much of the game so I can’t comment on that particular performance but I’m sure the likes of Jermaine Jenas, Joleon Lescott and Darren Bent will be contenders for a place in the World Cup squad.

The Costa del Sol has recently been nicknamed by many as the California of Europe and that’s not because of it’s year round sunshine and endless stretches of beaches with golden sand but because it’s becoming an increasingly popular place to shoot movies. The beautiful bright sunshine and clear Mediterranean Sea make the Costa an ideal location for filming. The south of Spain has been on the movie-makers map for many years, but in recent times the area has become increasingly popular thanks to investment in new studios and increased exposure of new filming locations such as Marbella.
Historically Puerto Banus was the Costa del Sol’s only location that American and European film makers would consider using for the backdrops of their big screen productions, but with new exposure of locations such as Marbella and better facilities the future looks bright for the Costa del Sol film industry, and here’s a selection of some movies, old and new, that have been set and filmed in the Costa del Sol.

The Western Costa del Sol is receiving further funding to improve public facilities. The region has already been granted 2 million euros to spend on cleaning the coast line including beaches and promenade areas. The news will be gratefully received by local business owners who have seen a drop in tourist numbers due to the economic downtown. The Costadel Sol is already regarded as one of the best holiday destinations thanks to it’s fantastic weather, endless attractions and general tidiness. Small signs are already starting to show that the economy is making a steady recovery and industry experts predict a growth in 2010 visitor numbers – so things are really starting to look bright for the Costa del Sol.
