The current England and Manchester City No.1 has come under the spotlight this week after being caught on camera dancing on a bar, singing Valerie and downing drinks. The footage was captured by a holidaymaker in Linekers Puerto Banus, Marbella last week just a few days before the England teams disappointing draw with Montenegro. However Hart managed to keep a clean sheet so the booze rampage didn’t seem to have an effect on his performance. Hart has in Puerto Banus for a friends stag do along with Manchester City teammate Gareth Barry. Take a look at the video below…

Kerry Katona announced that she will be closing her Facebook account whilst on holiday in Marbella last week. The former star of girl band Atomic Kitten was enjoying a break on the south coast of Spain when she spoke out about her fustration caused by people impersonating her on the social media website.

If you’re heading to the Costa del Sol and flying from Bristol Airport you could be in for a surprise when you check-in. The airport is now home to George the donkey one of forty decorated donkeys created as part of an initiative by Weston-super-Mare’s Grand Pier.

But don’t panic it’s not a real donkey! In fact the animal is made from fibreglass and resin and has been painted by local artist Nina Kleinzeller who was inspired to dress him in a 1930s style bathing suit.

The amazing octopus that correctly predicted Spain would win the World Cup has been given a special present for his amazing predictions throughout the tournament. The English born octopus, who now lives in a German aquarium, correctly predicted the results of eight matches during the World Cup with a 100% success rate.

The octopus who goes by the name of Paul correctly predicted all seven of Germany’s matches during the World Cup as well as the final between the Netherlands and Spain.

A cruise ship heading to the port of Malaga was blown of course last week when strong winds prevented the 116,000-ton ship from entering the port.

Instead of visiting the Costa del Sol passengers were forced to stay on board the P&O cruise ship Azura for the day. The only consolation for missing their visit to the south of Spain was the fact they had Ronnie Corbett on board to keep them entertained.

Back in August we reported about a dog from the Costa del Sol which turned up in a Taunton car park. Well we recently found a similar case about a dog from Buckinghamshire which turned up on the Costa del Sol in Marbella. It turned out that the dog was tagged and registered to an address in Buckinghamshire but the owner a Mrs Clarke had recently moved to the Marbella region.

A local man found the dog but was unable to locate the owner so instead reported it to the local newspaper, the Buckinghamshire Advertiser, a local estate agent read the article and got in touch with the owners daughter who was able to contact her mother who was then able to collect  the dog.
